Instructions
Rosemary Syrup
Combine sugar and ½ cup water in a saucepan. Boil til sugar dissolves.
Take saucepan off heat and add 3 x rosemary sprigs.
Steep for 2 hrs and then discard rosemary sprigs.
Assemble Cocktail
Place 2-3 ice cubes in glass.
Add 30-60mls gin and lemon juice.
Add 4 tblspns rosemary syrup.
Top with ¾ cup tonic water.
Serving suggestion
Garnish with a lime wedge and tiny sprig of rosemary. ENJOY!
