This was part of a book club weekend away. Unusual pairing but is delicious… we all enjoyed it!

Rosemary Gin and Tonic
Course Drinks
Ingredients
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- gin 30-60mls per glass
- lemons 4 tblspns per glass
- limes optional garnish
- tonic Water ¾ cup per glass
Pantry Staples
- ½ cup sugar
- ice cubes
Instructions
Rosemary Syrup
- Combine sugar and ½ cup water in a saucepan. Boil til sugar dissolves.
- Take saucepan off heat and add 3 x rosemary sprigs.
- Steep for 2 hrs and then discard rosemary sprigs.
Assemble Cocktail
- Place 2-3 ice cubes in glass.
- Add 30-60mls gin and lemon juice.
- Add 4 tblspns rosemary syrup.
- Top with ¾ cup tonic water.
Serving suggestion
- Garnish with a lime wedge and tiny sprig of rosemary. ENJOY!
