Barb’s Review
Suspenseful, page turning story with a wild storm backdrop. The storm structured the book and in fact was a character in the book. It covers alot of territory – alcoholism, family violence, poverty, depression, intergenerational trauma. I definitely had a growing dread as I read the book, wondering what had happened to Henry. And there was a well thought out end to the suspense!!
